You might get your podcast fix from a true crime series or from daily news, but according to Edison Podcast Metrics, comedy continues to hold the top spot as the genre consumed by most weekly podcast listeners in the U.S. Just-released data from Edison Podcast Metrics Q2 2022 finds that comedy ranks #1 among U.S. weekly podcast listeners. Comedy was also king in the Q1 2022 ranker.
