NYC Radio: Audacy Promotes Oliviero To Market President

Audacy has promoted Chris Oliviero To Market President in New York City.  He has been serving as SVP/MM since June of 2020.

Audacy Chief Operating Officer Susan Larkin made the announcement in staff memo Monday.

"Please join me in congratulating our colleague Chris on his promotion from SVP/Market Manager to Market President NYC. For the last two years Chris has been successful leading and evolving Audacy's largest revenue market. Chris returned to our company in June of 2020 in the heart of COVID and provided a vision and strategic plan for our NY team to leverage the strength of our incredible brands, people and influence for all around growth."

Oliviero is a veteran New York radio presence.  His stints include 22 years with CBS Radio, rising to Executive Vice President of Programming, overseeing the company's 117 music and talk stations in 26 markets. 

Audacy's New York group includes Newers 1010 WINS & WCBS 880 and Sports-Talk WFAN-AM 660 AM / 101.9 FM, Alternative WNYL (ALT 92.3), AC WNEW (New 102.7), Classic Hits WCBS-FM and Classic Hip Hop WXBK (94.7 The Block).
