FOX Sports Radio launched in August of that year, and the network’s storied 20-year run has developed a loyal following of more than 14 million listeners across more than 500 affiliates nationwide with an unmatched weekday lineup featuring some of the biggest names in sports broadcasting, including Colin Cowherd, Dan Patrick, Clay Travis, Doug Gottlieb, Chris Broussard, Rob Parker, R.J. Bell, Jason Smith, Mike Harmon and Ben Maller.

“What an amazing accomplishment - 20 years!” said Don Martin, Senior Vice President of Sports Programming for Premiere Networks.  “I’ve been fortunate to be part of the FSR family for the entire run, both as an affiliate and on the management team.”

“The list of contributors to our success is long and very distinguished,” added Martin and Scott Shapiro, Vice President of Programming for FOX Sports Radio. “From the team at Fox TV to Premiere Networks and FOX Sports Radio, your indelible marks on this product will live on forever and we thank you. What an incredible family. Here’s to the next 20 years!”

“20 years in, FOX Sports Radio has never been better,” said Eric Shanks, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Producer of FOX Sports. “We are proud of the unique voices that deliver the Same Game, New Attitude every day to millions of sports fans around America.”

Over the last few years, FSR also developed the strongest weekend lineup in its history, featuring a diverse ensemble of sports entertainment personalities, former players and analysts, including three-time Pro Bowler LaVar Arrington; former Notre Dame Quarterback and FOX Sports Big Noon Kickoff Analyst Brady Quinn; three-time Pro Bowler Lincoln Kennedy; 11-year NBA veteran Cuttino Mobley; and former NFL players Bucky Brooks, Ephraim Salaam, George Wrighster and Rich Ohrnberger.

Most recently, FSR has become a digital powerhouse reaching millions of fans via podcasting and streaming on iHeartRadio and www.FOXSportsRadio.com. The FOX Sports Podcast Network has developed a robust lineup resulting in year-over-year total audience growth of +86% in July 2020, which also marked FSR’s best month ever in terms of podcast listens.  In addition to FSR’s 24/7 lineup, the network’s podcast offerings include The Herd Podcast Network featuring The Herd with Colin Cowherd, 3 and Out with John Middlekauff, All Ball with Doug Gottlieb, Inside the (Rob) Parker, and The ‘Boys and Girl Podcast with Jane Slater, as well as stand-alone original podcasts such as Straight Fire with Jason McIntyre, Wins and Losses with Clay Travis, the 5th Hour with Ben Maller, and Special Teams with Jason Smith & Mike Harmon.
