Veteran radio personality Pat St. John has returned to the air after escaping serious injury in a car accident, near San Diego.
The SiriusXM 60s On 6 host returned to his satellite radio show Tuesday. Emergency personanel had to use the jaws-of-life to free St. John from his car. It had been T-boned by a red-light runner.
St. John was fortunate to escape with aches and pains and declared "I'm happy to be alive."
Three years ago, St. John suffered "spinal trauma". He suffered a shattered and fractured vertebrase, when he fell off a darkened porch, as he was carrying his grandson, who was not injured.
