Sacramanto Radio: Sam Shane To Join N/T KFBK

NewsRadio KFBK 93.1 FM / 1530 AM announced today that Sam Shane has been named co-anchor/host of “The KFBK Morning News” airing weekdays from 5 – 9 a.m., effective April 1.

Shane will join co-host Cristina Mendonsa on the morning program to deliver the latest local, national and breaking news and analysis. In addition to reporting on-air, Shane’s news stories will be featured on KFBK.com and its social media channels.

Shane has more than 30 years of experience in broadcast journalism and investigative reporting. His career includes stints at KCRA-TV and CBS 13 Sacramento, KGO-TV San Francisco, Fox TV Seattle and as a national anchor for MSNBC. Shane is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.
