NY-VT Radio: WVMT-AM, WXXX-FM Sold

Vox AM/FM LLC has announced it is acquiring News/Talk WVMT 620 AM and sister CHR WXXX 95.5 FM TripleX  from Sison Broadcasting. 

Terms were not disclosed.

Vox currently owns sports talk duo WCPV 101.3 The Game and WEAV 960 AM  The Zone, and Classic Hits WVTK 92.1 FM. 

Vox will begin operating the stations under an LMA on January 1, 2019.
