Boston Radio: Kiss108 Adds Bex To Matty In The Morning

iHeartMedia/Boston announced Wednesday that Rebekah “Bex” Maroun has been named Executive Producer and Co-Host for WXKS Kiss 108’s Matty In The Morning.

iHeartMedia Boston has a strong cross-platform presence and includes a number of iconic brands and franchises — both broadcast and digital — encompassing eight stations comprised of music, talk and news formats.

Bex joins the Matty in the Morning team alongside well-known on-air personalities, Matt Siegel, Billy Costa and Lisa Donovan. Bex will replace Medha Gandhi who recently joined the syndicated Elvis Duran & The Morning Show earlier this month.

“I love Bex and can’t wait to work with her,” said Siegel. “Bex is a true talent and I know her creativity and upbeat personality will add a special element to our morning show.”

Bex joins iHeartMedia Boston from 96.5 TDY in Philadelphia where she spent four years as a morning producer, on-air co-host and afternoon drive on-air personality. She also hosted a sports segment on 94 WIP Sports Radio, served as an entertainment reporter for KYW News Radio and assisted in the launch of an entertainment segment — The Hot Minute on CBS 3 TV. In addition, Bex also served as a producer for iHeartMedia’s syndicated show, The Weekend Throwdown with Jagger.
