St. Louis Radio: Emmis Sells Stations to Hubbard, Entercom
Emmis Comunicatikons has announced the intent to seell its cluster of stations in St. Louis to Hubbard Radio and Entercom Communications
The Indianapolis-based compnay has agreed to sell Rock KSHE 94.7 FM and Alternative KPNT 105.7 The Point to Hubbard
Emmis is also selling News/Talk KFTK 97.1 FM and CHR KNOU 96.3 FM Now-FM to Entercom Communications.
Terms were not immediately available. The sales are subject to the completion and execution of definitive purchase agreements, according to the regulatory filing.
In 2017, Emmis sold four of its city magazines (Atlanta, Cincinnati, Los Angeles, & Orange Coast) to Hour Media Group, LLC for $6.5 million. It has also sold Texas Monthly to Genesis Park, LP for $25 million.
Last may, Emmis sold KPWR 105.9 FM Power 106 Los Angeles to The Meruelo Group for $82.75 million.
