Detroit Radio: WJR Raises $1.8M+ For Local Charities

Last Thursday, December 7, the 6th Annual Mitch Albom S.A.Y. Detroit Radiothon raised a record $1,258,000 for Detroit charities.

The 15-hour show was hosted by Mitch Albom with dozens of celebrity guests including: Dr. Phil, Hugh Jackman, Hank Azaria, Matthew Stafford and more.

100% of the funds raised will support the Mitch Albom Charities, www.mitchalbomcharities.org and other Detroit charities. Albom hosts "The Mitch Albom Show" from 5-7PM weekdays on News Talk WJR 760 AM.
