Three years after the alleged incident, court documents detailing Taylor Swift's account of the DJ who allegedly assaulted her during a photo op have just been released the public, according to
ijr.com.

Swift met Denver's KYGO 98.5 FM then-morning cohost David Mueller at a concert in 2013. She explained what happened when he came backstage for a photo with his girlfriend:
“Right as the moment came for us to pose for the photo, he took his hand and put it up my dress and grabbed onto my ass cheek and no matter how much I scooted over it was still there. It was completely intentional, I've never been so sure of anything in my life.'”
Swift also explained why she didn't say anything at the moment:
"I remember being frantic, distressed, feeling violated in a way I had never experienced before,' she stated, before describing her shock that it happened at her concert of all places.
A meet-and-greet is supposed to be a situation where you're thanking people for coming, you're supposed to be welcoming people into your home, which is the arena for that day, and for someone to violate that hospitality in that way, I was completely stunned."
During the concert, Mueller said that he was approached by security and asked to leave. Swift's accusation went public, and he was fired from the country music station where he worked as a DJ. He filed a lawsuit against Swift in 2015, alleging that it was a case of mistaken identity:

But representatives for Swift say that's not possible, as she has known and worked with Haskell for years:
“Ms. Swift knows exactly who committed the assault – it was Mueller – and she is not confused in the slightest about whether her long-term business acquaintance, Mr. Haskell, was the culprit.”
Swift's attorneys were able to keep the alleged photo of the incident from being made public:
