WWOne Names Hurley VP/Digital Sales

Kelli Hurley
Westwood One today announced that Kelli Hurley, the company’s VP, National Partnerships and Digital Activation, Midwest, has been promoted to VP, Digital Sales for the network.

In her new role, Hurley will oversee all sales efforts for the company’s expanding portfolio of digital products -- including streaming audio, on demand, and podcasting -- and will continue to develop new content partnerships. She is based in Chicago and will report directly to Steve Shaw, Westwood One’s President.

Hurley has more than 10 years’ of network radio experience under her belt. She started her career in Los Angeles, successfully managing clients and agencies for Premiere Networks, United Stations, and Westwood One. In 2011, she transitioned from network radio to digital audio as a Director of Sales for TargetSpot. Most recently, Hurley worked at Premiere Networks as a National Account Manager before returning to Westwood One last year.

“I am beyond thrilled to take on this new role,” said Hurley. “It is a unique and dynamic time in the digital audio space and I look forward to connecting consumers to impactful, meaningful, and entertaining content through our powerful digital channels. Westwood One is perfectly poised to be the top performer in the digital audio space and I am eager to lead the charge by tapping into our vast network of talent and content across sports, news, and entertainment.”

Shaw added, “Kelli’s immense passion, sharp focus, and extensive knowledge in this space will help us to grow and develop new partnerships and will provide great value to our agency clients. We are excited to deliver superior digital audio experiences to consumers and advertisers alike.”
