Paul McCartney, Beck Denied Access To Grammys Party

Courtesy of TMZ
Sir Paul McCartney and Beck were refused entry to an exclusive Grammy Awards after-party on Monday night.

The Standard reports despite being two of the biggest musicians on the planet, it seems that the pair weren’t quite VIP enough to be allowed entry to Tyga’s party at Argyle in Hollywood.

In video obtained by TMZ, the former Beatle, Grammy Award-winner Beck and Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins can be seen being turned away by a bouncer.

Obviously not aware that they were in the presence of musical greatness, the doormen can be seen telling the group twice that they’d have to go elsewhere.

McCartney can be heard saying: “How VIP do we gotta get? We need another hit.”

Luckily for the trio, they had better luck later in the evening as they were spotted partying at the Republic Records party at Hyde.
