Canton-Alliance OH Radio: No More 'Mo' At WDJQ

A WDJQ Q92.5 FM  morning-show personality is “no mo,” the station reports.

The on-air personality known as Mo, whose real name is Bryan Modzelewski, has been let go for violating his employment agreement, the station announced Monday.

For nearly three years, he hosted “The Mo Radio Show” on Top40 Q92. “Mo” started at Q92 doing evenings in 2008, moving to afternoon drive and then mornings.

According to cantonrep.com, In January 2013, Modzelewski temporarily was suspended from Q92 after his on-the-air mocking of a girl with Down syndrome, who had called the show by accident.

His co-hosts, Megan McCrea and Christian Aleshire, remain with the morning show, renamed “Megan & Christian in the Morning.”

Q92 General Manager Don Peterson III declined to offer any details about Modzelewski’s departure.
“We’ve always tried to put forward a very entertaining and audience-driven station,” he said.

“Hopefully our listeners will put their faith in what we’re doing and give Megan and Christian a shot.”
