College Student Drops F-Bomb On MSNBC

During his first night back in the primetime anchor chair, Brian Williams was hit with an F-bomb on live TV.

While co-hosting MSNBC’s live coverage of the Iowa caucuses, a female voter and veteran was passionately discussing Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders and healthcare for U.S. veterans. “The VA is more screwed up than it has been in a while,” she said. “The fact that I haven’t gotten benefits in three months because the VA is so f—d up, really makes me concerned.”

The audio cut away from the live feed and Williams quickly broke in to apologize for the “bit of French” that slipped into their coverage.

“Well, you know, when you listen into caucuses you take the good with the bad,” he began, “and people often speak the way they do out on the street and we apologize. I know Jacob [Soboroff] apologizes, we all join in in apologizing for a bit of French that snuck into our English language translation there.”
