Chicago Radio: iHM’s WVAZ Captures The Top Spot

The market’s Top 5 station all lost share in May, however, there were no major surprises.

iHeartMedia’s UrbanAC WVAZ 102.7 FM  V103 wobbled a bit 6.9—6.8, but managed to claim the top spot in the May PPMs released Monday by Nielsen (6+ AQH Total Week).

CBS Radio’s News simulcast WBBM 780 AM / 105.9 FM came in with 5.4—5.3 performance to claim the second spot in the Top 5 Ranker.  Hubbard’s HotAC WTMX 101.9 FM was also down 5.2—4.8 and ended up at #3.  The market’s top Cumer, iHM’s Top40 WKSC 103.5 Kiss FM lost a bit too 4.0—3.9  is #4 amd CBS Radio’s Top40 WBBM 96.3 FM B96 slipped to  #5  4.0—3.6.
