DesMoines Radio iHM Launches Country 96.5 FM

iHeartMedia/Des Moines, IA Monday launched K243CA 96.5 Country.  The station is fed via Adult Hits The Bus KDRB 100.3 FM-HD2 and launched with 10,000 songs in a row.

The new station is also promoting"save the date" for Tuesday, May 26 when Premiere's syndicated "The Bobby Bones Show" will be heard in the mornings.

They will compete with 92.5 Nash Icon KJJY and 97.3 Nash FM KHKI. They placed fourth and fifth in the Fall Phase 2 Nielsen Audiotrends with a combined 10.6 share.
