Amanda Gifford to ESPN SR/Director, Daytime Programming

Amanda Gifford has been promoted to Senior Director, Daytime Programming, ESPN Audio. Gifford will continue to oversee all aspects of Mike & Mike, in addition to The Herd with Colin Cowherd, SVP & Russillo and The Dan Le Batard Show.

For the past year, Gifford was responsible for all components of the Mike & Mike franchise. Most recently, she led successful week-long, onsite coverage of Super Bowl XLIX that included more than 90 hours of live programming.

Gifford, a 2004 graduate of Penn State, joined ESPN Audio in May 2004, and has in the past overseen ESPN Audio’s College GameDay and the evening programming lineup, as well as producing The Herd with Colin Cowherd from 2005 - 2010.

She began at ESPN Audio as an intern and was a production assistant, associate producer, and producer prior to her role as program director.
