Charleston SC Radio: Steve Crumbley New PD For WXST

Apex Broadcasting/Charleston SC has announced that veteran programmer Steve Cumbley has been appointed Program Director for Urban stations WXST 99.7 FM Star and WMXZ 99.3 HD2 The Box.

He most recently was PM Drive host for Cox Media Groups Rhythmic Oldies WHJX 106.5 FM in Greenville, SC.

Prior to that he was Operations Manage for Summit Media's cluster in Greenville, SC.  Crumbley's previous programming experience includes WXYV, Baltimore and WOWI, Norfolk. In addition, Crumbley was operations manager of Summit Media's Greenville, South Carolina stations.  From 2002-2005, he was OM for Cumulus in Mobile.
