Classic Hits WCBS 101.1 FM has made it
two 6+ wins in a row, according to the Nielsen August PPMs released
Tuesday.
The station gained a half-share 6.4—6.9 6+. And the icing on the cake for the CBS Radio Classic Hits station is..it's also #1 25-54 and after placing #3 in July. M-C has learned WCBS-FM is #1 6+ in every daytime, except morning drive. Scott Shannon In The Morning finished #2 behind clustermate WCBS 880 AM. Shannon remarked Wednesday morning, “Now, if we can just get them to sign-off....”

SBS Tropical WSKQ 97.9 FM La Mega enjoyed a spike 4.5—5.2 to move-up from #5 in July to #4. CCM+E Top 40 WHTZ 100.3 FM Z100 posted
lost a half-share 5.5—5.0 to finish at #5.
