Report: Jenny McCarthy Could Be Leaving 'The View'

Jenny McCarthy may end up having a lot of free time to plan her wedding to Donnie Wahlberg because she may be out of a job. Sources tell Fox411 that ABC is reportedly planning on dumping Jenny from The View after her one-year contract is up.

One production insider said, "Jenny just didn't appeal to the daytime audience market. They couldn't relate to her. There are a lot of changes taking place now that Barbara Walters has left." A rep for ABC said they were not allowed to discuss any talent contract details but did say, "Jenny has been a welcome addition to the show."

McCarthy's addition to the show was always a bit controversial largely because of her anti-vaccination stance which she has tried to clarify in interviews since joining as co-host.

The ratings for the show have slipped since she replaced Elizabeth Hasselbeck last September. It was rumored that she was being canned after only a month on the job but the network denied those stories
