WGN 720 AM fan favorite Nick Digilio has been with the station
in various roles for 28 years, always in a contributing, part-time, weekend,
and/or fill-in capacity. According to CR&M, that changes early next month,
when Digilio finally gets his chance at a much larger role with WGN Radio,
working six nights per week.
With the soon to be unveiled, all-new WGN schedule, Nick
Digilio will be on that schedule working six out of the seven days.
Digilio will be on the air from Sunday night/Monday morning
from 2:00am-5:00am. He will do the same hours for the following four days,
through Thursday night/Friday morning. Digilio gets his Friday night off, but
returns Saturday night, working the 8:00pm-Midnight shift (unless postponed or
preempted by a live sports broadcast).
The new schedule for "The Nick Digilio Show"
begins at 2:00am on September 4th.
A native Chicagoan, Digilio, 48, has worked his entire media
career with WGN Radio.
