Official: Blair Garner Leaving “After Midnight”

Premiere Networks has announced that After MidNite will celebrate the 20th anniversary of the highly-acclaimed Country music program with a star-studded takeover.

As the show's creator and long-time host Blair Garner steps down from his post on July 31, twenty of Country music's biggest stars will sit behind the mic and give fans their unique, week-long take as host of the program. The takeover, which runs from August 1 through the end of 2013, will also feature special performances, interviews and much more.

The following celebrity guest hosts will kick off the After MidNite takeover in August:
  • August 1st and 2nd - Carrie Underwood
  • Week of August 5 - Jason Aldean
  • Week of August 12 - Luke Bryan
  • Week of August 19 - Lady Antebellum's Charles Kelley and Dave Haywood
  • Week of August 26 - Jake Owen

Additional guest hosts will be announced soon.

Garner is now  hosting the Nashville-based morning show air on Cumulus Media’s  Country WNSH NashFM  94-7 in NYC.

  1. We well miss Blair but wish him the best on his new job. I HOPE AFTER MN will invite Scotty McCreery to host a show ,he would be great .

  2. My 2 1/2 hour drive from SC to ATL on Monday mornings will need some adjusting to without Blair
