The Bloomberg Black Business Beat Launches on 20 Stations


Key Networks and Bloomberg Radio announce that specialty feature the Bloomberg Black Business Beat has launched across 20 radio station affiliates across the U.S.

The affiliates include: WLIB-FM in New York, NY; WJBR-F3/100.3 in Philadelphia, PA; KDYA-AM/1190 in San Francisco, CA; WNZN-FM/89.1 in Cleveland, OH; WRSV-FM/92.1 in Raleigh, NC; WABB-AM/1390/105.1 in Greenville, SC; WGRI-AM/1050/103.1 in Cincinnati, OH; WCGL-AM/1360/94.7 and WWZR-FM/100.3 in Jacksonville, FL, as well as WBXB-FM/100.1 and WJZU-AM/1250/99.1 in Norfolk, VA. All debut affiliates air the feature from 3:00 p.m.- 7:00 p.m. in their respective time zones.

The Bloomberg Black Business Beat, hosted by Renita Young, is a daily look at the intersection of culture and commerce affecting Black American audiences. Topics range from the latest trends in Black-owned businesses and profiles of Black entrepreneurs, to a continuing look at diversity in the workplace and an inside look at the business of entertainment.

In June of this year, Key Networks and Bloomberg Radio announced that it had entered into an agreement with Superadio Networks, LLC, to make the Bloomberg Black Business Beat available to its affiliates across the U.S. Superadio is a multi-format producer and distributor of marquee radio programs including shows in the Urban, Urban Adult, Mainstream Top 40, Rhythmic, Talk, Country, Hot AC, Rock, Dance, Alternative, Gospel and Oldies formats.
