Missouri Radio Hall To Induct Jim Bohannon

Cumulus Media’s Westwood One congratulates syndicated talk show host Jim Bohannon on being honored with induction into the Missouri Broadcasters Association’s Hall of Fame.

Bohannon is from Lebanon, Missouri, and is a former Missouri radio broadcaster in both the Lebanon and Springfield markets. 

After four years of service in the U.S. Army, Jim worked in radio in both Chicago and Washington D.C. He hosted the nationally syndicated news program America in the Morning for over 30 years and was inducted into the Radio Hall of Fame in 2003. He is still the longtime host of The Jim Bohannon Show on Westwood One, which brings listeners a unique blend of breaking news, special guests, and audience call-ins, as well as interesting features and informative reports on a spectrum of topics.

The Missouri Broadcasters Association’s Hall of Fame induction ceremony will be part of the 2020 Awards Banquet at the MBA annual convention in June.
