Philly Radio: 94WIP Partners For NFL Eagles Radiothon

Entercom and the Philadelphia Eagles are partnering for the second annual Eagles Radiothon. The multiday auction, sponsored by Santander Bank, will offer fans the opportunity to bid on exclusive sports and entertainment experiences, with all proceeds benefitting the Eagles Autism Challenge Inc.’s commitment to raising funds for innovative autism research and programs.

The auction will be broadcast on SportsRadio WIP 94.1 FM on Tuesday, September 3 and Wednesday, September 4.

“We’re honored to partner with the Philadelphia Eagles once again and partake in the Eagles Autism Challenge,” said David Yadgaroff, Senior Vice President and Market Manager, Entercom Philadelphia. “SportsRadio 94WIP is a leading voice in the Philadelphia sports community and we are proud to leverage that voice to inspire listeners to support autism research and programs.”

Highlights of the auction include one of a kind sporting experiences, such as a trip to Super Bowl LIV in Miami, serving as a coach’s sideline assistant, a round of golf with Eagles Hall of Fame and SportsRadio 94WIP radio broadcaster Merrill Reese, and more. Fans can bid online or via call-in to SportsRadio 94WIP’s phone bank (888-729-9494) during weekday programming, “Angelo Cataldi and the Morning Team,” “Joe DeCamara & Jon Ritchie” and “Jon Marks & Ike Reese,” on September 3 and 4.

“It is an incredible opportunity to partner with organizations like SportsRadio 94WIP and Santander to deliver one of a kind Eagles experiences that drive fundraising efforts for Eagles Autism Challenge, Inc,” said Ryan Hammond, Executive Director, Eagles Autism Challenge. “Together with the community we are changing lives of those affected by autism. Every dollar raised through the ‘Eagles Radiothon’ auction will support groundbreaking research and cutting-edge programs in the field of autism. This would not be possible without Santander, SportsRadio 94WIP and the support of the entire Eagles organization.”
