VA Radio: Alpha Promotes Ralph Salierno To MM

Alpha Media Fredericksburg, VA announced Monday Ralph Salierno has been promoted from Director of Sales to Market Manager. Ralph will oversee the overall strategic, managerial, programming and sales functions in the market.

Ralph Salierno graduated from the University of Maryland with a BA in Business Administration. Since then Ralph has used his sales expertise and leadership skills at multiple radio stations. He is no stranger to Alpha Media Fredericksburg as he spent the past three years as Director of Sales. In this position Ralph grew revenue, instituted a sales training and strategic account management system, and developed the first ever cross media sales program, the Sports Animal.

Alpha Media Executive Vice President, Bill McElveen, commented on the announcement, “We did a nationwide search but ultimately decided that the ideal leader for our Fredericksburg team was already on our team!”
