Denver Radio: Jane London Leaves KIMN-FM

Jane London
Jane London of KIMN 1003. FM/MIX 100-3 FM will sign off Friday after a long career in radio, reports the Denver Business Journal.

London, half of the "Dom and Jane Show" with Dom Testa, announced her retirement last week. KIMN MIX 100.3 is owned by Georgia-based Wilks Broadcasting Group.

She posted on her blog: "It's time. There is no sadness, no regret, no fear. I'm saying goodbye to a great career that has been incredibly fulfilling and has most certainly allowed me the financial freedom to walk away at 55 and begin anew."

London wrote that she has no plans "other than to just 'be' for awhile."

Testa, who's partnered with London for 15 years, wrote in a tribute to her on his website: "It's easy to say that the 15 years have flown by, but that's not really the case. It feels more like I've spent my entire 37 year career with her; and that's meant as a compliment. We've developed such a natural rapport that I have a hard time remembering LBJ — Life Before Jane."
